Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the disposal of various county vehicles(s) and equipment assets through Transfer pursuant to Texas Local Government Code 263.152.
Background
The items listed on the attached list were approved in Commissioner's Court in August of 2022 as an Internal Department Transfer. However, an agenda item should have been created due to the items in the first line being Capital Assets with a value of over 5K. A new Vehicle Status Change Form will be created for the trailer included on this list and presented in the March monthly report as a transfer between County Departments. The County Auditor's Office has requested this agenda item for documentation purposes. Please see the attached list for Capital Assets items, excluding the trailer.
