Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on Agreement for Case Management Services for the Williamson County Transformative Justice Program between Williamson County and Meagan Zale; and exemption of such services from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption for personal or professional services, as set forth under Loc. Gov't Code 262.024(A)(4).
Background
This a new contract for case management services for the Transformative Justice Program. The previous contract case manager resigned effective 02/20/2023. Program Director Terence Davis interviewed Ms. Zale and determined she was the most qualified to provide these services.
