Discuss and take appropriate action on noting in the minutes the County Clerk's CE hours from the County Investment Academy created by Texas Association of Counties.
Background
Fifteen hours per year are needed of continuing education to keep the status of membership in the County Investment Academy (formerly known as County Investment Officer). Texas Association of Counties organized and continues the education program for elected officials who invest money as part of the duties of their job for the county they reside in or the registry of the court per judges' orders.
