Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFP #23RFP9 Vending Machine Services: Beverages & Snacks for Williamson County to the highest scoring proposer, Compass Group USA - Canteen, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
Williamson County sent out over three hundred (300) notifications with twenty-two (22) document takers and four (4) submitting firms. The vendors were evaluated, and the evaluation team recommends Compass Group USA – Canteen be awarded the Vending Machine Services: Beverages & Snacks for Williamson County contract RFP #23RFP9. Initial term of contract will terminate on September 30, 2024, with the option to renew in twelve (12) month increments for up to an additional forty-eight (48) months with terms and conditions remaining the same. This is a revenue generating service. Christi Stromberg is the Point of Contact.
