Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on recognizing gifts given in celebration of Williamson County's 175th birthday.

Background

Williamson County received special recognition from government representatives during the kick-off celebration ceremony for the county's 175th birthday. Specifically, this recognition included:
US Senator Ted Cruz sent a United States Senate Certificate of Commendation. 
Congressman John Carter sent a flag flown over the US Capitol with a certificate of special recognition.
Congressman Michael McCaul sent a certificate of special congressional recognition.
Texas Representative Terry Wilson, on behalf of the county's Texas representatives, presented a resolution from the representatives and had a flag flown over the Texas capitol on the county's birthday, March 13. 
Texas Senator Charles Schwertner sent Texas Senate Resolution No. 228.
