Background
The PEC power poles were installed in a utility easement along tract lines in the South San Gabriel Ranches Subdivision where later became a public roadway easement. The PEC power pole relocations are necessary due to conflicts with the South San Gabriel Ranches Subdivision Roadway Improvements project. The total estimated reimbursable amount for the relocations is $51,184.39.
