Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the lease agreement #2023170 between Williamson County and Pitney Bowes, Inc. for leasing a postage machine for the monthly charge of $395.76 for sixty (60) months pursuant to the BuyBoard contract #656-21, and authorizing the execution of the lease agreement.
Background
Approval of this lease will support the operations of the Williamson County Justice of the Peace Precinct 2 office. Lease is for 60 months at a monthly rate of $395.76 per month and billed quarterly at $1,187.28. Legal, and Contract Audit have reviewed the lease. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0452.004216 as per the FY 23. Department point of contact is Melissa East.
