Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Consulting Services Agreement between Williamson County and Terri Abernathy for program administration and development consulting services to support the Williamson County Family Recovery Court.
Background
The Williamson County Family Recovery Court is working to establish and ensure continuity within the program. In an effort to achieve this goal, we have worked with General Counsel's Office and Auditor's Office to develop a short-term contract with an individual who has an in-depth understanding of both Child Welfare Law issues and the Family Recovery Court structure and process. We ask the Court's approval.
