Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving ratification of agreement #2023173 between Williamson County and Danne Cranor d/b/a Lott Fence for emergency installation and purchase of Barbed Wire Fencing at Debris Burn site due to winter storm Mara in the amount of $15,726.54 and exempting from the competitive bid/proposal requirements pursuant to the discretionary exemption as set forth under Texas Local Government Code § 262.024 (a)(2) [an item necessary to preserve and protect the public health or safety or the residents of the county].
Background
This Emergency Services Agreement is for the purchase and installation of Barbed Wire Fencing at the Debris Burn Site located at 1400 NE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626. The agreement has been signed by the Judge due to immediate need to secure the site. Legal and Budget have reviewed. Funding Source: 01.0100.0409.004987; Point of Contact: Terron Evertson.
