Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the execution of the Release and Waiver of Right of First Refusal on a portion of the Cobbs Cavern Karst Fauna Area. 

In 2011, Williamson County, as trustee for Williamson County Conservation Foundation ("WCCF"), entered into a Conservation Easement agreement on a 98.756 acre property ("Property") as portion of what is now known as the Cobbs Cavern Karst Fauna Area in support of the Williamson County Regional Habitat Conservation Plan.  (Attachment 1)  The easement contains a right of first refusal on the Property should it be sold by the grantor of the easement.  On or about March 8, 2023, a notice was delivered to the WCCF that the grantor received an agreeable offer. (Attachment 2)  The WCCF Board has opted not to act on the right of first refusal purchase of the Property and recommends the execution of the Release and Waiver of Right of First Refusal between Williamson County, the Williamson County Conservation Foundation, and the grantor of the easement.  (Attachment 3)
