Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on participation by Williamson County Road Bond Program under the County's Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP) for improvements and ramp addition at the intersection of SH 195 and Ronald Reagan. 

Williamson County proposes to improve one intersection along State Highway (SH) 195, at Ronald Reagan Boulevard. More specifically, northbound SH 195 will receive an exit ramp onto Ronald Reagan Boulevard. The project is approximately 0.8 mile long and encompasses approximately 8.5 acres. Portions of the project are over geological Karst Zone 1 and may impact habitat features of listed species 

Staff recommends the following action: Authorize County Judge (or designee) to acknowledge/sign the Determination Letter (attached) to enroll the project under the Williamson County Regional Habitat Conservation Plan, and to execute, when presented, the Participation Agreement for this project, WCCF File #20230321 and to sign any related documents as may be required.
