Background
Williamson County awarded IFB 23IFB33 on February 28, 2023, and IFB 23IFB34 on March 07, 2021. The wording for “execution of the agreement” was omitted in the original motions. The agreements are not attached to the agenda item requests and HNTB normally gathers the signatures after the motion is passed. Those signed agreements are then entered in the minutes. Moving forward, the new agreements will be attached to the initial agenda item requests. The point of Contact is HNTB.
