Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the updated Williamson County Vendor Reimbursement Policy.

The policy has been updated to reflect the Employee Reimbursement Policies.  This includes increasing the per diem amounts and updating the distance allowed for overnight stay to match that of the Employee Policies.  This policy has worked very well in providing clear guidelines to vendors on Williamson County's expectations and requirements regarding allowable reimbursable expenditures and required backup.  This policy is considered a guideline and is not a contract.
