Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving Service Agreement #2023169 between Williamson County and The Brandt Companies LLC in the not-to-exceed amount of $250,000.00, pursuant to Choice Partners Coop contract #22/049MF-15 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
This Service Agreement is valid for one (1) year for a term of April 11, 2023 - April 10, 2024, and may be renewed annually thereafter upon mutual agreement of both parties. The effective date shall commence on the date awarded by Commissioner Court. Each project/request will be initiated with a work order and/or purchase order. Various funding sources depending on project: 01.0100.0509.004509 and 01.0100.0509.004510. Department contacts are Shantil Moore or Christi Stromberg.
