Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Regional Animal Shelter Fund.
Background
The animal shelter's HVAC system is in need of maintenance and repairs. In order to complete these tasks, we need to move funds into 4500 to cover costs. In addition, we need to move funds to bridge a gap of funding in line 4211. We propose to move $3,856.73 from 4419 and $2,332.33 from Small Equipment in order to reach the $6,189.06 in 4500. We propose to move $605.18 from 4414 to bridge the funding gap in 4211. We are requesting moving these funds in lieu of a budget amendment.
