Background

This Change Order is a balancing Change Order. All work has been completed. The original contract amount was $2,072,461.30. With the addition of Change Order No 1 in the amount of $36,869.17 and this Change Order No 2 for -$145,724.56, the final contract amount will be $1,963,605.91.
