Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Cool Water Phase 3 Section 3 subdivision – Precinct 4.

This is the next section of the Cool Water development. It consists of 139 single family lots, 1 open space lot and 3,640 feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction are not yet complete but a financial security in the amount of $1,035,939.16 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2022-12-02 – 1st review complete with comments
2023-03-20 – 2nd submittal of final plat with a financial security for the remaining construction
2023-04-04 – 2nd review complete with minor comments
2023-04-10 – 3rd submittal of final plat
2023-04-10 – 3rd review complete with comments clear
2023-04-19 – final plat received with signatures
2023-04-20 – final plat placed on the April 25, 2023 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
