Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving purchase contract #2023187 for the purchase of four (4) aluminum bleachers for Williamson County Expo Center, 5350 Bill Pickett Trail, Taylor, TX 76574 from Global Equipment Company Inc., in the amount of $21,472.81 pursuant to Omnia Contract #R211402 and authorizing the execution of the contract.

Background

Approval of these items will support the operations of the Williamson County Expo Center – Parks Department. Requisition #131513 was submitted along with a sales quote for (4) 5-Row National Rep Aluminum Bleacher with Guardrails, fifteen feet (15’) long, single footboard bleachers for $5,036.29 each plus shipping and handling costs of $1,327.65 for a total purchase of $21,472.81 from Global Industrial pursuant to Omnia Contract #R211402. Funding source is 01.0100.3106.005300. Point of contracts are Benita Bonner or Jason Brown.
