Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving FY 2023 revisions to the Purchasing Manual.

Background

Changes from FY 2018 revision include added language such as explaining new Purchasing Origination approval workflow, Competitive Sealed Proposal definition, furniture purchase policy, updated Professional Services section, language related to bidding platform, Co-Op section, Contract Management section, and clarified and simplified content. Department Point of Contact is Joy Simonton and Kerstin Hancock.
