Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Active & Fit Direct Agreement between American Specialty Health Fitness, Inc. and Williamson County and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
Active & Fit Direct is no cost benefit to Williamson County that will provide employees and dependents the ability and option to join and select a program tier of their choosing which has multiple gym memberships and other physical fitness memberships. All fees are paid by the employees for their program selection directly to Active & Fit. There is no cost to Williamson County. Employees may also choose to participate in the free virtual workout options. Williamson County’s Benefits Team will only be responsible for distributing program communications and will have a placeholder on our Benefits Portal. The point of contact is Shelley Loughrey.
