Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on subrecipient agreement with Family Eldercare to provide supportive services and transition of unhoused individuals to housing stability with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding.
Background
Family Eldercare will partner with Mobile Loaves and Fishes (MLF) and provide wrap-around support services for unhoused Williamson County residents. They will coordinate with MLF and assist with the application process for housing of eligible Williamson County residents at Community First Village. The allocation for funding was approved by the Commissioners Court on April 11th. The agreement has been reviewed by Legal and the Auditor's Office.
