Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Contract and Addendum #2023224 between Williamson County and Tenex Software Solutions, Inc. in the amount of $40,000.00 and exempting Tenex Software Solutions, Inc. from the competitive bidding requirements for said service established by Section 262.024.(a)(7)(D) [Captive Replacement Parts and Components for Equipment] of the Texas Local Government Code Discretionary Exemptions, and authorizing the execution of the Contract and Addendum.

Approval of this purchase will benefit the Williamson County Elections Department with Election Force Yearly Software License which provides Election Worker Management software and training. Election Force is designed specifically for the staffing and scheduling requirements for election offices. The attached contract contains detailed information regarding this purchase. Budget, Information Systems, Auditor's Office and Legal have reviewed the contract and service agreement addendum. Funding expenditure is 01.0100.0492.004506 per FY23 budget.
