Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Purchase Contract #2023229 between Alliance Laundry Systems Distribution LLC and Williamson County for two (2) UniMac commercial laundry machines, for the amount of $51,105.60 pursuant to BuyBoard contract #682-22, and authorizing the execution of the Contract.
Background
The approval of this contract will benefit the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter with the purchase of two (2) UniMac commercial laundry machines to include freight, delivery and installation. The current smaller washing machines at the shelter are not working and repairs have failed this year due to inability to get parts and repair technicians. The larger capacity commercial machines can handle the daily loads of linens, blankets and towels used at the Shelter for the animals. Budget, Legal and Contract Audit have reviewed the Contract. Funding Source is 01.0546.0546.004109 and 01.0546.0546.003670 per FY23 budget. Department point of contact is Misty Valenta.
