Discuss, Consider, and take appropriate action on approving purchase contract #2023230 for construction repairs to the Williamson County Sheriff's Administration Office Facade and Jail building masonry/concrete with Falkenberg Construction Co., Inc. in the amount of $233,558.73 pursuant to Buyboard Contract #581-19 and authorizing the execution of the contract.
Background
Approval of the contract will support Falkenberg proposal #503.23 for labor, material and equipment for the Williamson County Sheriff Office Facade Repair project to Improve the structural and aesthetic integrity of the façade, repair section of concrete sidewalk to mitigate trip hazard, correct improper elevation of concrete ADA ramp (mitigate water pooling) and mulch flower beds while exposing weep holes. In addition, will also support Falkenberg proposal #583.23 for labor, material and equipment for the Williamson County Jail Masonry and Concrete Repair project. Total funding cost is $233,558.73. Buyboard cooperative has provided pricing and compliance verification. Funding source is 01.0100.1008.004509. Point of Contact is Christy Stromberg.
