To discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the renewal of the interlocal cooperation contract between the Tx Dept. of State Health Services in regard to the County Clerk's access to the Texas Electronic Vital Events Registrar for birth certificates throughout the state of Texas.
Background
Jacqueline Lentz has reviewed the contract and additions. She has had conversations with Gretchen Wells at DSHS. She suggested we move forward and place the interlocal contract on the agenda for review and signatures.
