Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an Amendment to Letter of Agreement between Williamson County and TexHealth Central Texas, Inc. (TexHealth) approving continuation of participation in the small employer premium support program and designating TexHealth as the entity to operate the program in order to provide basic health plans at an affordable price for small Williamson County employers and their employees in order to improve access to healthcare on a regional basis [Texas Health & Safety Code Section 75.052(a)(2) & (b)]. The original agreement was approved on October 24, 2017, and an amendment is required to extend the program until October 24, 2027.
