Background
In P587-Historic Courthouse Repairs is the funding received from HBO for Filming. These funds are being used to make various repairs to the Historic Courthouse. A portion of these funds will instead be used to pay for replacement items related to the Lighting of the Courthouse during the holiday season to include lights and decor. In order to replace funds needed/budgeted for initial courthouse maintenance, we are transferring monies from Non-Departmental into this project.
