Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the Contract for Construction #2023234 between Flooring Solutions, Inc. and Williamson County for the Jester Annex Flooring Replacement in the amount of Seventy-Nine Thousand, Eight Hundred Seventy-One Dollars ($79,871.00) pursuant to Sourcewell Contract # 080819-SII-2 and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
This project for flooring replacement will provide complete construction services and furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor as necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings for the Project and County’s requirements at Jester Annex located at 1801 E Old Settlers, Round Rock, TX. Funding Source is 01.0100.0509.004509. The department point of contact is Christy Matoska.
