Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Addendum #2023237 between Williamson County and Microsoft and authorize the execution of the addendum.
Background
Approval of this Addendum will benefit the Williamson County Information Systems with being able to create a new billing agreement with Microsoft by consolidating the invoices into one enrollment instead of being billed separately. The attached Addendum details the combined agreement. Legal, IT and Contract Audit have reviewed this addendum. There is no cost to the County. The department point of contact is Alison Gleason.
