Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on required form for application of Hope Alliance for the 2023 Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) Program.
Background
Hope Alliance is applying for a new grant through the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. The $86,000 grant application will help cover food, clothing, child care and any other needs of those receiving emergency shelter. The attached form is required to be signed by the local government authorized official.
