Background
American Structurepoint, Inc. (ASI) Contract Amendment No. 2 increases the Master Contract compensation cap by $75,000.00 from $700,000.00 to $775,000.00. This will allow for the execution of Supplemental #1 to Work Authorization #2 in the amount of $67,400.00 for the Liberty Hill Independent School District (LHISD) turn lanes and driveway change order plan submittal and the TCEQ CZP submittal. No other changes are proposed at this time.
