Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving agreement #2023231 between Williamson County and the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (CTRMA) for off duty contracting services with Constable Deputies and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement with CTRMA is for off duty Williamson County vehicle use for enforcement on area toll roads. This arrangement between Williamson County and CTRMA was first approved with item #20 on 01.19.21. Audit, Legal and Contract Audit have all approved this agreement. There is no charge to the County for this service. Point of contact is Brian Olson.
