Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Regional Animal Shelter Fund.
Background
With the increased need for animal care and the increased numbers of unaltered animals entering our shelter, we are requesting moving these funds in lieu of a budget amendment. We propose to move $500 from 3100 (Office Supplies) and $3000 from 3318 (Janitorial Supplies) into 4968 (Care of Animals). We propose to move $575 from 3900 (Memberships) and $3000 from 4505 (Software Maintenance) into 4100 (Professional Services).
