Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Rancho Del Cielo Phase 2A subdivision – Precinct 4.

Background

This is the next section of the Rancho Del Cielo development. It consists of 161 single family lots, 1 open space/drainage lot, 1 amenity center lot, and 5,055 feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction are not yet complete but a financial security in the amount of $2,306,862.30 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2023-02-24 – initial submittal of final plat
2023-03-24 – 1st review complete with comments
2023-05-08 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2023-05-23 – 2nd review complete with comments
2023-06-21 – 3rd submittal of final plat with signatures
2023-06-22 – 3rd review complete with comments clear except for completing construction 
2023-07-05 – receipt of financial security for the remaining construction
2023-07-13 – final plat placed on the July 18, 2023 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
