Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding approval of an inter-local agreement with the Purchasing Cooperative of America (PCA) for Williamson County's participation in a cooperative purchasing program and authorizing execution of the agreement.

Background

This interlocal agreement will allow Williamson County to participate in the Purchasing Cooperative of America (PCA) Program. This cooperative has contracts that Williamson County can utilize to further expand its cooperative procurement program and offer additional cost savings to our County Departments.  The processes and methods of contract award have been reviewed and meet the standard required.
