Background
Williamson County sent out over 2,500 notifications with 92 document takers with ten (10) respondent's submitting bids for an Applicant Tracking System to improve efficiencies in the HR recruitment cycle. The vendors were evaluated, and the evaluation team recommends Governmentjobs.com dba NEOGOV to be awarded the Applicant Tracking System under RFP #23RFP63 for FY24 commencing on October 1, 2023, and shall continue until September 30, 2026, unless terminated earlier. At the end of the initial term, the parties, upon mutual agreement, shall have the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms, with the terms and conditions remaining the same. Pricing is outlined in the agreement. The total period, including all renewals, will not exceed five (5) years. The funding source is 01.0100.0402.004208. Point of Contact is Laura Cervantes.
