Background
The Williamson County District Clerk is seeking proposals for preservation, imaging, and indexing services for permanent retention and historical case files, including civil, criminal, family, minutes of the Court, and tax files. The project goal is to preserve original records, eliminate/reduce manual searches, expedite searches, and protect originals by reducing daily use. The expenditure will be charged to 01.0387.0387.004550, 01.0390.0390.004550, 01.0386.0386.004550, 01.0388.0388.004550 as per FY24 budget. Department contact is Lisa David.
