Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the renewal agreement #2023273 between Williamson County and MCCi for software licensing for Laserfiche Rio Records Management, for a total of $112,527.74, pursuant to the BuyBoard Contract #625-20, and authorizing the execution of this agreement.
Background
The approval of this renewal agreement will benefit the Williamson County IT Department with Laserfiche records management and annual software support. Laserfiche is the platform for countywide document imaging, document management and records archiving. The attached agreement has detailed information regarding the purchase. General Counsel, Contract Audit, Budget and Information Systems have reviewed the renewal agreement. Funding sources are 01.0100.0503.005741 and 01.0100.0503.003011 as per FY23 budget. The department point of contact is Minnie Beteille.
