Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Acknowledgment form #2023275 between Williamson County and Microsoft and authorizing the execution of the form.
Background
Approval of this Acknowledgment Form will allow Microsoft to correct a previously made order of the commercial Azure item on the billing enrollment instead of the Gov Azure item, with no cost involved. Microsoft is requiring this Acknowledgment Form to be signed in order for them to correct the error. A signature is all that is required. The department point of contact is Alison Gleason.
