Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Lariat Section 1 subdivision – Precinct 2.

Background

This is the next section of the Lariat (aka Northgate Ranch Phase 2) development.  It consists of 73 single family lots, 2 open space lots, 3 open space/ drainage lots, 2 drainage/pond lots and 3,307 feet of new roads to be maintained by the North San Gabriel MUD No. 1.  Roadway and drainage construction has been completed.

2023-06-27 – initial submittal of the final plat
2023-07-27 – 1st review complete with comments
2023-09-01 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2023-09-06 – 2nd review complete with minor comments
2023-09-06 – 3rd submittal of final plat
2023-09-07 – 3rd review complete with comments clear
2023-09-13 – receipt of final plat with signatures
2023-09-14 – final plat placed on the September 19, 2023, Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
