Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Nolina Phase 1 Section 2 subdivision – Precinct 3.
Background
This is the next section of the Nolina Phase 1 (fka Benton Tract) development. It consists of 116 single family lots, 2 HOA landscape lots 1 drainage lot and 7,304 linear feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $4,674,225.80 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
