Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving Cost Estimate #2023287 between Williamson County and Southwest Bell Telephone Company ("AT&T") to relocate a utility pole at 3541 S Austin Ave in Georgetown and at 355 Texas Ave in Round Rock, for a total amount of $1,000.00, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
 

Information Systems seeks to relocate AT&T services on Oncor poles at 3541 S Austin Ave in Georgetown (12 poles) and at 355 Texas Ave in Round Rock (22 poles) in order to attach fiber optic cabling to the poles.  A Custom Work Estimate will be prepared for each project for the expense of relocating utilities on Oncor poles. Prior to executing the project, AT&T charges $500.00 for each project for a quotation development and engineering preparation charge for expenditures incurred. After payment is received, AT&T will proceed with site survey and movement of their utilities on each pole for the listed projects. General Counsel and Contract Audit have approved the Cost Estimates. The initial $1000.00 will be charged to 01.0100.0503.004100 for FY24. The department contacts are Rory Tierney and Chris Ball.
