Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing a blanket purchase order for tires to Texas Commercial Tire in the amount of $100,000.00 pursuant to BuyBoard contract #636-21.

Background

To facilitate ease and speed of ordering tires for Williamson County fleet vehicles, a blanket purchase order is recommended for Texas Commercial Tire. The Fleet Services Department will utilize this purchase order on as as-needed basis throughout the year. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0882.0882.003525. Funding is authorized in the FY24 budget for these purchases. Department contact is Kevin Teller.
