Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving an updated interlocal agreement between Williamson County and Williamson County and Cites Health District related to collaboration for WilCo Care Recipients.
Background
This is an update to the original agreement approved on 02/22/2022. The update expands covered zip codes to include 78626 and 78664 and adjusts the age to 55 instead of 60 for participation. This ILA allows Health District personnel and County Community Health Paramedicine personnel to work together to provide service to WilCo Care recipients. The overall goal of the ILA is to engage WilCo Care recipients and improve efficiencies of WilCo Care utilization by the target population. There is no payment obligation with this ILA. All work can be accomplished with current County CHP staff.
