Background

This proposed subdivision consists of 827 single family lots, 1 high density single family/multifamily/commercial lot, 8 open space lots, 1 amenity center lot, 4 water quality/open space lots, 1 open space/water quality/utility lot, 1 wastewater treatment plant lot and 26,714 linear feet of new roads on 232.44 acres.
