Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on closing out bid process and not awarding IFB #23IFB94 Landfill Farm Lease Hutto-100 Acre Tract and accepting the only bidder's withdrawal request due to the land use adjustments presented by Waste Management. 

IFB #23IFB94 for Landfill Farm Lease Hutto-100 Acre Tract was issued July 27, 2023. Invitations for bid were electronically sent to sixty-three (63) vendors via the County's Bonfire bidding portal.  One response was received by Fischer Farming, but the company has requested to withdraw their submission. The 100-acre farm lease is located on land that is part of the Williamson County Landfill.  In a September 6, 2023 discussion with Williamson County staff, Waste Management indicated they may need part of the farm lease area for the storage of soil stockpiles resulting in an adjustment and reduction of the land available for farming. The respondent, Fischer Farming wishes to withdraw their bid after being informed about the limitations on the farm land.
