Background
Waste Management would like to submit a permit modification for Commissioners’ Court review and Judge Gravel’s signature. The modification involves two items:
Department of Infrastructure Engineering Staff has reviewed both items and they are consistent with accepted engineering principles.
- The site operating plan is proposed to be modified to create an area for collecting and sorting of construction waste.
- The soil liner quality control plan is proposed to be modified to include an aqueous calcium carbonite test during regular water sampling events.
