Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the extension of the Maintenance and Support Agreement for Digicap and Livescan Software with Idemia, Identity & Security USA LLC, for the total amount of $3,632.00, and authorizing the execution of this agreement.

The approval of this agreement will benefit the Williamson County Juvenile Justice Center with the extension of the LiveScan Ruggedized Mugshot Capture and Printer.  The system captures biometric identity information such as fingerprints, palm prints, and mugshots.  The attached agreement has more detailed information regarding the equipment and use. This agreement will extend the services though 2/23/2025. The total cost is $3,632.00. The original equipment was installed on 2/24/2020.  General Counsel, Contract Audit, and IT have reviewed this agreement. The line item expenditures are being charged to 01.0100.0576.004500 for the LiveScan and the Digicap.  The department's point of contact is Ashley Culin. Vendor pubically traded, 1295 form is not required.
