Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Facilities Management Department.
Background
Funds were provided in FY24 to replace one of the rooftop HVAC units at Jester Annex. The recommendation from the engineer is to change to a chiller system. Due to design changes and long lead times for the equipment, this transfer is necessary to combine these funds with P611 (Jester Annex HVAC). The revenues and expenditures will be tracked in the project module and the funds will be committed as part of the CIP plan.
