Discuss, consider and take any necessary action to approve an Order for Interment by cremation of deceased (Darrell Durons Collins) who passed away in Williamson County, Texas where there has been an inquest by the Justice of the Peace Pct 1 and the County has discretion to inter, pursuant to Tex. Health & Safety Code § 711.002(e), and authorize Beck Funeral Home to move forward with interment.
